  • “i am not pretty. i am not beautiful.”

    Throughout these years, I have come to be used to say thank you and not let it go inside my head whenever someone says that I’m pretty. Because I know that I’m not that pretty. And sometimes it’s hard to decide whether they really mean to compliment me or if they’re just being sarcastic.

    But when it comes to you, when you’re the one who says that I’m beautiful, I fall for it. I blush. I can’t say thank you and walk away like I usually do. It goes straight into my head and creates a smile on my face.

    You might not believe it, but it gives me an additional reason to wake up in the morning and smile foolishly at the mirror. Really. You really did this to me.

    And you know what? I love you. I really do.

  • introducing you to menaq

    This semester, I have to take Enterpreneurship class and for the final project, we have to create a business worth Rp15 million by the end of the semester. My group and I decided to create a clothing and accessories line called Menaq.

    This morning, we opened a booth at an event in our campus. And this was how our booth looked like with all the stuffs we tried to sell. We managed to sell only one item, but we just started. Every journey starts with a small step, right? 🙂

    This is Entin and I, wearing samples of our products: a flower ring and a headband. And I ended up buying the ring, because it looks very cute on my finger. And because it’s the exact same colour with my veil. Haha!

    But I swear it does look very cute 😉

  • ABCDay 2012’s blog contest (+ a giveaway information)

    As I have mentioned earlier, right now I’m preparing for ABCDay 2012. On that event, there will be a blogging contest and a seminar.   • hello, may!

    I am such a bad, bad blogger for taking a long hiatus without telling you guys first. I am so sorry. I know that you might have gotten sick of me apologising and promising to post regularly. So here’s the deal now: I will not promise you to post regularly but I will try my best.

    I would like to thank every one of you who keeps checking my blog because when I checked my stats, it turned out that this blog still has + 70 visitors everyday during my long, long hiatus. Thank you, thank you. And I’m sorry for bringing you down.

    Since my last post, I spent the remaining days in April finishing Catching Fire and Mockingjay, watching Star Wars Episode IV, preparing for BlowUP!’s ABCDay, going to classes, doing (little) homeworks, etc. I came home late almost every night, so I didn’t get the chance to write anything here. (It’s not an excuse. It’s just I feel like telling you. Hehe…)

    And now it’s already fourth of May. You know what that means? It means that this semester will end very soon, ABCDay is approaching, and so are AECS and TEYL seminar. Woot woot woot… It’s a busy month!

    But, like I said before, it’s fourth of May! You know what else that means?
